My tasks:
Management Office:
• Check and register invoices and DDTs
• Check if the new invoices have been inserted by the purchasing department
• Fix the archive of payroll, DDTs, transfer expenses
• Print several invoices with the respective receipts and various certificates regarding formation courses

Purchasing Department:
• Check the delivery notes, divide all the reminders by supplier and sent by e-mail,
• Update the prices, tidy the projects and change the product codes

Sales Office:
• Search for every supplier and customer's e-mail
​
Warehouse:
• Mark the location of each product and update it, print all products labels, annotated and arranged how many clothes remained and what size they were.
